Returns Policy
Define Instruments will accept product returns for credit or exchange up to 7 DAYS after the delivered date, provided that the returned product(s) are unused, and in original condition - complete with original documents and packaging.
Any item(s) purchased on our website are eligible for return, provided they are in new condition as detailed above. We may not be able to accept returns of:
- Special orders
- Non-stock products
- Products that have been built or configured according to your specifications
- Distributor stock
All returns must be pre-approved, regardless of the reason for the return. A Return Goods Authorization number can be obtained by contacting support@asshop.com, with full details of the purchased items and an acceptable reason for the return. Shipments returned to Define Instruments must have the RGA number clearly marked on the package. Return Authorization will be cancelled if the returned product is not received within 15 DAYS of the authorization issue date.
Shipping costs will be refunded in full if the product was received due to an error on the part of Define Instruments. For returns that are not due to an error on the part of Define Instruments, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
